Health & Wellbeing DVDs

We are please to announce that we have again been successful in bidding for external funding to develop our Health & Wellbeing collection.  We have purchased nearly 100 DVDs to help you keep fit, healthy and happy!  Please click here to see a full list of titles available.  DVDs can be borrowed by all staff free of charge for our normal loan period of three weeks.   All titles are also on our catalogue and on loan DVDs can be reserved online.
